Michael is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for Red Rock Global. With formal training and a professional background in business administration and public/media relations, he serves as the principal relationship manager with the Company’s investors, strategic partners and clients. He is responsible for developing business processes and for new business development. Additionally, he provides direct leadership for the major functional areas of tenant representation, retail leasing, organizational planning, complex assemblage and dispositions, asset repositioning, (re)development and real estate consulting.
Michael has an extensive background in government negotiations, acquisitions, land assemblage and portfolio dispositions, having represented The Coca-Cola Company, Atlanta Public Schools, UrbanAmerica, ValStone Partners, the Atlanta Development Authority, Turner Properties, Wal-Mart, Verizon, Miami Dade County and PNC Bank on complex transactions that addressed issues ranging from community support for zoning and highest and best use, to asset repositioning, financing, ground up development and complex portfolio dispositions.
Formerly, Michael held several real estate positions with The Coca-Cola Company, including real estate M&A Manager, Manager International Real Estate Services and the Global Director of Real Estate responsible for the Company’s real estate activities worldwide (1996 - 2001). He also served as a Group Manager for LaSalle Partners (Jones Lang LaSalle) in Midtown New York City (1993 - 1996). Additionally, Michael has served in several positions in the U.S. Navy, receiving six Navy Achievement Medals and the Navy Commendation Medal (1988 - 1993).

Pedro Marin has honorably served Gwinnett and the constituents of House District 96 in the Georgia General Assembly for the past ten years. He has been at the forefront in stopping gang violence, eradicating gang graffiti, and supporting economic development initiatives for Gwinnett County and Georgia. Also, Pedro has recognized the need to build relationships between community and government leaders and the emerging diverse communities in metro Atlanta. He has facilitated countless intercultural relation programs to educate people about minorities, which has been critical in discrediting stereotypes, erasing ignorance, and easing tensions that arise when people are adverse to change.
Pedro Marin has also led numerous community organizing efforts to register voters, protect minorities from unfair treatment, and raise awareness about health and education disparities. He has worked hard to improve relations between Gwinnett County government and the Immigrant community by serving as an advisor and intermediary.
Pedro Marin possesses over 25 years of executive experience in both the private and non-profit sector plus 10 years as a Public Servant. He is a business consultant with Niram Enterprises Inc. and serves on a number of organizations, including: the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators; Democratic Party of Georgia; the Board of Hispanic Caucus Chairs; Selective Service System/Region II; the World Chamber of Commerce, the United Way of Gwinnett County, Gwinnett Tech, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful and the League of United Latin American Citizens.
Rep. Marin is a proud member of the Leadership Gwinnett class of 2003; graduate of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation Community Leadership Training Institute; participant in the Community Action Agencies History &Philosophy; Faculty member for NeighborWorks America; Post Graduate studies from the College of Commissioners Science (BSA) and a graduate of the Gwinnett County Police Department Citizens Police Academy.
Rep. Marin was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While working for Persol, North America, he transferred from San Juan to Gwinnett County in 1995. He has been happily married to his wife, Nereida, for 31 years and has one son, Joel, who is a graduate at Georgia State University.
She has also served on the Board of Trustees of Bryn Mawr College and many other non-profit boards.

Prior to launching IP UtiliNET Mr. Quinn was the Director for the Airport and Seaport business solutions at Motorola where he and the team operating at his direction led multiple innovative projects and solutions while significantly increasing sales revenues in this new vertical market.
Mr. Quinn has a long and distinguished background in systems and solution engineering, executive leadership, and sales in technical and human capital development / training fields after his honorable discharge from the US Navy.
